Opening of the Philiphaugh Salmon Viewing Centre

The Official Opening of the Philiphaugh Salmon Viewing Centre at the Old Mill Steading, Philiphaugh, near Selkirk on Tuesday 20th September 2005.
The centre is a pioneering new visitors attraction that offers a unique fish's-eye-view of the underwater world of the Atlantic Salmon using live underwater camera footage and interpretation displays.
